Beyond the spray booths, our range of production includes air treatment systems such as dust extraction systems cyclones and scrubbers; the last system is particularly suitable to contain within the law limits the dust particles emitted by spray booths or by sanding operations for example on aluminium, brass or marble.
The scrubber, simensioned in function of the capacity of the feeding plant, is made by a centrifugal fan which collects the dust air and sends it to a calm zone for the initial dust release, then to the air washing by means of nozzles with counter-flow atomised water, collection the particles in te bottom tank.
The plants is equipped with collection tank with circulation pump, automatic control system of the water level, level display, drop-stop system and final and automatic particle collecting system.
